What kind of logic is that? "I know it's my fault so please correct the
problem".
We could do something if the Warning was misleading. But it's a simple question.
But correcting user errors who don't read messages is not in our scope.
Else you can set a backup under "Tools - Options - Load/Save - General - Always
create backup copy"
