Description:on if the height of the table grows beyond the design layout , the
complete contents of the table cannot be seen, as there is no scroll for the
table nor the scroll for the design layout scrolls till the end of the table.

Steps:
1.launch open office impress
2.create default presentation
3.from the insert menu , insert table (2 rows, 2 column)
4.add text to first cell such that the height of the cell extends well beyond
the page.
5.now use the side scroll to scroll till the end of the table.

Result: side scroll doesn't scrolls till the end of the table.
Similar behavior in MS power point presentation, the side scroll scrolls till
the end of the table.
