No, the giveaway in this one is
0x103ddc1: 0x93020: /usr/lib/libGL.so.1 + 0x60dc1
i.e. "libGL" in the backtrace and the driver is
/usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers//fglrx_drv.so
Its not *quite* the same as the usual issue 97040, but its a failure when
querying for OpenGL related features, so close enough.
