@pmladek: What about using -Bsymbolic (directly bind all references from within
a dynamic object to itself) instead of -Bsymbolic-functions (directly bind all
function references from within a dynamic object to itself)? (Further, my
understanding is that (a) --dynamic-list-cpp-new is only really needed for the
executables that actually define new/delete functions by including
libsalcpprt.a, and (b) --dynamic-list-cpp-typeinfo is only meaningful in
combination with -Bsymbolic, not -Bsymbolic-functions, as the relevant symbols
denote data, not functions. Right?)
