------- Additional comments from [email protected] Tue Mar 10 09:01:28 +0000 2009 ------- Post DEV300m42 (where issue 97992 got rid of the build-time LD_LIBRARY_PATH), a number of direct-to-trunk commits have been made to extend various APPnSTDLIBs: r269016, r269017, r269018, r269025, r269026, r269028, r269031, r269034, r269035, r269036, r269037. At least on unxlngit6.pro, these prevent linker warnings like "libstore.so.3, needed by /so/ws/DEV300/unxlngi6.pro/lib.m42/libreg.so, not found (try using -rpath or -rpath-link)." Those warnings would better be fixed by adding -Wl,-rpath-link,/so/ws/DEV300/unxlngi6.pro/lib.m42 to the linker command line. (Check if this is relevant for other platforms like Solaris, too.) --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
