The change in selection.txt has been done as masterfix.
Adding new dictionaries to the build is not possible for 3.1 anymore. The change
came in quite late and I don't think we can declare it as a showstopper. I set
the target to 3.2.
As the dictionary is an extension it can be deployed by online update in
between.
