The reason for the crash is that the version of the chart is wrongly detected to
be older than OOo 2.3. Those old version were written wrongly and need a special
treatment during load which in this case causes the crash somehow.
This crash is not new. If you load the generated documents with a OOo 3.0 or
even with OOo 2.3 they crash (not always but often).
To correctly load the files the version detection must be corrected.
