When using bullets and numbering of variable length, indents do not work
correctly. Text beside numbers such as I and II are correctly aligned, but
beside III there is extra space. This happens when the number of the paragraph
is greater than approximately one or two characters when using 12 point type.

For example,

I. Correctly aligned
II. Correctly aligned
III. Incorrectly aligned
IV. Correctly aligned
V. Correctly aligned

To reproduce, set the bullets and numbering format to A) I) a) i)
Font should be Times New Roman, 12 point.
Enter some text for the first list item, which should be beside A.
Hit enter, and then tab. The numbering should now be I.
Enter text and hit enter. The numbering should now be II.
Enter text and hit enter. The numbering should now be III, and the alignment
will be incorrect.

There is a tab character between the number, such as "I." and the first letter
of the paragraph. It appears that the tab character is set to be at a fixed
position that does not change with the length of the number. There should be a
consistent spacing between the number and the first letter of the paragraph.

I can provide a file if this is valuable.
