1) open both attached files (file_to_copy.ods and file_to_paste.ods) in Calc

2) mark the area with dates in file_to_copy.ods and copy it into the clipboard

3) paste the clipboard into the file_to_paste.ods

What can you see now? The dates in pasted area are two days forwarded...(see
also attached screenshot date_copy_paste_bug.png). How is it possible?

The bug is the same in various version of OOo3.x and operation systems (Go-Oo on
WXP, czech version of original OOo on WXP, Novell Version Of OOo on openSUSE).
On some other combinations of souce and target file (i.e. e.g. new spreadsheet
instead of some of attached one) seems to be all OK (but I'm not sure).
