------- Additional comments from [email protected] Mon Mar 16 03:03:00 +0000 2009 ------- I double click on a document on my desktop, e-mail, or on the web. Open Office flashes open then shuts down. A new document appears on my desktop with the label - .~lock.(document name).doc#. I have to start Open Office Writer. Then go to "File - Open" then select my document. The document opens. Am I doing something wrong or have a setting incorrect?
