NO! Because it also happens in a build with vanilla OOo. Just with
--with-alloc=system. Which is an option present in vanilla OOo code. Bug here.
That you use some other (imho broken) option and thus it magically works doesn't
make this bug non-existant.
Reassign away from dbaneedsconfirm to the one who (probably) broke it.
