One in which the spacing is used when the border of the spreadsheet touches the 
row or column lists so show here ends the spreadsheet. But when the user has 
scrolled away from the leftmost and/or topmost part of the spreadsheet there 
should be no spacing (to show the spread sheet continues) and borders should 
overdraw the row/colum lists (remember the row/column lists own border have to 
be grey and not black to make cell borders distinguishable from the permanent 
column/row list border).
