Okay, there seem to be less problems, if not Unicode is used but the correct
Windows encodings (1250 for sh and 1251 for sr). So changing
msi-encodinglist.txt to
sh 1250 2074 # Serbian Latin
sk 1250 1051 # Slovak
sl 1250 1060 # Slovenian
sq 1250 1052 # Albanian
sr 1251 3098 # Serbian Cyrillic
sr-SP 1251 3098 # Serbian Cyrillic
resolved this problem.
Fixed in cws native232.
