This is not going to be easy to recreate at will. What appears to have
happened was that user [email protected] requested a password (date/time
unknown). On Sat Mar 14 the confirmation message he received was also visible
to a number of other users for some period of time. I saw it at 14:07:00 - I
wasn't logged in to the site at the time.
We are seeing personally identifiable information - full email address /
password request - displayed publicly to a random and unknown number of
people. From similar reports, it looks as though this is not a 'one-off' event.
I think this is a serious breach of confidentiality, hence a P1. I appreciate
it may be hard to track down, but that doesn't make it less importance.
