Additional info: I was able to reproduce the behavior in both 3.0.0 and 3.0.1
but it is not drag&drop but
select the cell content having cell style formats applied (C2:C4)
then use the cell drag handle and fill the cells until you reach at least
column F
columns E and F will not have cell styles applied
