MRU->OD: very strange issue which only occurs on Unix systems. Open the attached
Master document. Scroll down and see:
- on Linux, the lists of Chapter 1-3 are counted consecutively
- on Solaris, the lists of Chapter 1-2 are counted consecutively.
On Windows, it works fine.
