I've started OPEN OFFICE in our IT department, and got a spreadsheet going with
an "Issues" list. So far, I have found either work arounds, or answers to most
of the questions that have been posted to me, but I'm needing a little help on
this one.

In Calc, say you have 10 rows of data, and you select row 2 and 4, then hit
"Ctrl+C" to copy this information to another sheet. You'll get an error:
