MS Word's interface only supports one sub entry. However, if you insert an entry
with subentry thanks to the interface, you get something like {XE
"entry:subentry"}, and there you can add something like {XE
"entry:subentry:subsubentry"}, corresponding to OOo "key1, key2, entry" (in that
order) - and it does behaves like a two-key entry, and generates a corresponding
lexical index:
entry
  subentry
    subsubentry..........X
Consequently, I suppose that MS Word file format DOES support both levels, even
if the interface does not.
