When I select text using Ctrl-Right arrow the behaviour is bizarre. The text
selected is the next word "and" the next white space. If I select text using
Ctrl-Left arrow, the behaviour seems OK.

For example: I have two sentences in two paragraphs:
Create a new document

Create a second new document

1. Put the cursor just before the "new" word "n" character (first paragraph)
2. Hit Ctrl-Right Arrow keys
3. The selected text is "new " (IMHO, must be "new")
4. Hit Ctrl-Right Arrow another time
5. The selected text is "new document " and the cursor is just before
"Create" in the second paragraph
6. Put the cursor just after "w" in the first paragraph
7. Hit Ctrl-Left arrow
8. The selected text is "new" (as expected...)

Best regards,

Francesc Rosés
