The Header is also available in Word, but there it is covered by the frame
containing "VALSTS FOND??TO ...".
MRU->OD: the frame has a wrong vertical position; it is placed too low. In Word,
the anchor is placed at the top of the table cell, though the cell alignment is
"bottom".
Looks like, that a new compatibility option is needed.
