Tested in OOO310m7 the behaviour is inconsistent through the languages. For FR,
either the coma is sometimes missing, either there is 2 like described in the
issue.
The choice should be made between adding the coma in the value of the Salutation
field or adding it to the template. Here it is sometime in both and sometine in
none.
