I use DEV300m44. I see the same problem in ROWS, ROW, COLUMN. The reference
connection operator ~ works as expected in SUM, PRODUCT or AREAs for example.
But I do not know, whether the spec allows a parameter of type ReferenceList for
the COLUMNS function. It mentions only Reference or Array.
