I fixed the crash but I also reworked the whole drawing layer model to not
create any undo actions during load time at the first place. Creating an undo
action while the document was locked (a loading time optimization) caused this
crash at the first place.
@ericb: If it does not crash on mac than that is sheer luck, nothing technical
:-)
