DR->OC: This is a clone of issue 96758 which fixes a performance problem in XLSX
import filter loading row and cell formatting.
The original test file attached to that issue contains lots of formatted rows,
and lots of charts. While submitting the issue, loading charts worked in a
reasonable time. Import of row formatting took 95% of loading time of 20
minutes. Fix for issue 96758 reduced the loading time to 1 minute, row
formatting has been reduced from 19 minutes to 2 seconds.
Now, in DEV300m45, loading charts takes extremely long, this issue is currently
under investigation. The test document loads in about 10 minutes now (instead 1
minute). Therefore, this new issue handles the original fix of improved row
formatting only. I will attach a new test document which is a copy of the
original but without chart objects.
Original load time without fix: 19 minutes, new load time with fix: 13 seconds.
