This actually works as designed. The border is added to make sure that the
envelope is centered, it will be the left border during printout. However, there
were problems with envelope printing in your version, please upgrade to OOo
1.1.4. If you do not want to have any borders added to your envelope choose the
right most icon on the printer tab page.
