I can confirm it for Migration from German OOo3.0.1 (=300m15 build 9379) to
German OOo3.1RC1 (=310m9 build 9396). I have made a copy of the user folder
before and after the installation of OOo3.1RC1 and can attach it here, if it
will help you.
