Insert a text object from the drawing toolbar to any OOo document, type some
text and rotate the object by 90 or 270 deg (using position and size dialog).

Now try to change the height or width of the text object with the mouse. Do not
use the resize marks at the object corners but at the edges. (Change either
heigth or with).

If rotation is 90 or 270 degrees, the text object will be set to "unlimited"
with or heigth.

Try with the attached example.
