I think that we should apply the patch.
Even if something inherited from SfxVoidItem the code would be correct: only
SfxVoidItems are used to mark something as "DontCare", not any derivatives of
it. Even if there was an Item deriving from SfxVoidItem it would have a
different semantics. So IMHO Michael's patch is even more correct than the
current code. :-)
