Fine, then I will close the issue as "fixed in 3.1".
Regarding the wrong ASCII characters - I opened the document in MSWord and there
the mentioned characters are no real characters. They are "non-breaking spaces"
and "optional hyphens". They are correctly imported - but just displayed
differently in Writer. In print-out of both applications these characters are
not printed.
