Here, the users use many operations like “copy”, “paste” and “paste special” and should save their files in RTF format. However, some texts in documents dissapear when the user saves in this format (RTF). In attachment, there is a piece of text in ODF where the problem occurs. First, open the ODF file. After, save it in RTF format. Close the new RTF file. Reopen this RTF file. The word “Additionally” disappeared. Thanks for all!
