SBA->IH: Follow-up of issue 45163.
To reproduce:
 - New Writer doc
 - Format - Numbering/Bullets, Tab "Bullets"
-> The bullet top left is not displayed (a square instead)

Variation:
 - New Writer doc
 - Click on Bullet icon
-> The bullet is not displayed (a square instead)

Note: When looking at the OpenSymbol Font (as it is after fixing issue 45163) by
"insert-special characters", the glyph in position x2022 is not shown. But in
Position xE01E, there is one that Win98/SE/ME can display. Maybe that one could
be used in one way or another, but at at least it can be used to manually set
this bullet.
