2009 -------
Dict installation was completely reworked for OOo 3.0.
They are installed as extensions now.
So this issue (Probably DictOOo Macros being "sub-optimal) is not valid any
more.
Did not see something similar when installing dict extensions in OOo 3.01.
Set to worksforme.
