Looks OK:
- The options tab page defaults to "No" now.
- Once the option page is visited, "No" is taken as set, thus no dialog on
later office start, no program participation unless pro-actively changed in
tools-options by the user.
- Without visiting that page, the Improvement program dialog shows up on second
start and defaults to "Yes".
- When closing this dialog via dialog closer from system, nothing is changed
(no data tracked) and the dialog wil re-occur at the next start.
- Removing the user directory re-sets office completely (dialog at second start
defaults to "Yes", Option page defaults to "No"...)
