That is not fully true... The RTF document opens fine in MS Word 2003. In Writer
3.1 OOO310m9 it also opens, but needs time to display all the frames inside -
seems like the document was created by a tool like Crystal Reports or so. All
the frames are located on the same page here, that is the same problem as
described in issue 98731.
