This one sounds like issue 88266 "Zoom Slider in RTL UI not woking correctly".
But that one was fixed and re-verified in DEV300_m29 already.
However, I can see no problem in OOO310_m9 with AR UI on Solaris and WinXP.
Set to "Worksforme".
