Every try from your end results in a swamped SSH/CVS system at the site. Nobody is able to commit changes and the operations team has to restart the system. As you switched from WinCVS to TortoiseCVS the root cause seems to be with PuTTY. Do we know somebody who is successfully running a tunnel with PuTTY?
