Hm...
As intended (issue 63395) the font size of the bullet character is taken from
the paragraph style. In this case this is "Text Body" with a font size of 48pt.
The text of the paragraph is not in font size 48pt, because the first part of
the paragraph is hard formatted "Bold, font size of 12pt" and the rest of the
paragraph is hard formatted "normal, font size of 12pt".
It seems that the user who creates the attached Microsoft Word document has
somehow "over"-formatted its document.

Workaround:
- change the font of paragraph style "Text Body" to something meaningful

Currently, I see no reason to fix anything for such situation.
