There exists now a new feature on the site, to present dictionaries:
1. There is a prominent link to your left: 'Dictionaries'
2. The link from the office, you mention, points there, too.

When you edit your extension data on the site, there is now
an additional collapsible item: Dictionary
If, and only if, your extension is a dictionary, select
'dictionary' from the listbox and provide the language name in english and in
the native language.
I already flagged most of them and inserted the language names where
I could guess them. The others I will have to contact, to fill out the gaps.
If you find a dictionary, that is currently not flagged and does not show up on
the dictionary page, please give me a hint with a link to the extension or for
the future contact the extension owner to edit his extension as written above.
