Looking at OverlayBitmapEx and it's usages shows a problem with handles in svdhdl.cxx and the used common handle bitmaps from the ressourecs. These were still used with a transparent color, i changed at construction time in SdrHdlBitmapSet::SdrHdlBitmapSet to force a real mask creation. Also saw that SdrHdlBitmapSet does not cache already extracted BitmapEx, but each time crops it from the main bitmap. Changed this to be buffered.
