The cws was based on m41, including old solenv/inc/tg_ext.mk and using obsolete
PATCH_FILE_NAME dmake variables as follows.
PATCH_FILE_NAME=Python-$(PYVERSION).patch
and
PATCH_FILE_NAME=Python-$(PYVERSION)-mingw.patch
for mingw-isolated patch file.
They should be changed to "PATCH_FILES=..."
Actually the change is done for Python-2.6.1.patch during integration to the
trunk, but not for Python-2.6.1-mingw.patch.
