That *was* a good one!
A missing resource triggered a bug in old code in the String class: construction
of strings from resource confuse the resource manager if the string resource is
missing. In result several things will go haywire, e.g. the creation if help
ids.
Fixed by providing the lost resources. I will create a follow-up issue for the
string construction problem that was not introduced in this CWS (and will not
hurt us if all string resources are present).
