------- Additional comments from [email protected] Thu Apr 30 16:36:02 +0000 2009 ------- Can you kill the usage survey as well ? I have said ( to anyone who will listen :-) that a box during INSTALL that says something like 'This install is for this machine only' checkbox 'This install will be cloned to multiple machines' box to put a number in 'Register this install' OK button would work well for schools where we clone ( in my case 500+ machines ) and where the students are not encouraged to click any pop ups that offer registration of any kind. Additionally we ( like most schools ) 'hot desk' 1200 students around 500 machines up to 9 times a day, so any application that doesn't just start can be a pain. Also Windows being Windows and kids being kids we remove the application data directory occasionally which without the wizard/registration killer starts the whole thing again. Finding that page on the wiki and being able to kill all the registration stuff really made oo a usable package in school ( we have 3.0.1 on every machine ) many thanks M --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
