------- Additional comments from [email protected] Sun May 3 16:59:11 +0000 2009 ------- I am trying to print several pages of mailing labels from a spreadsheet to an Avery 5260 sheet. After selecting enough records from the spread sheet to fill up multiple pages of labels, previewing what is to be printed and actually printing results in the printing of only the first page of labels. >From reading the forums and some experimentation, I found that after selecting File->Print one must select the "Form letter" and then again select the records to be printed. The printing of mailing labels in Writer should be fixed so that a) the print preview displays and the printing actually prints all the pages of labels to be printed. b) The need to click a button marked "Form Letter" should not be necessary (This is confusing and non-intuitive when one is pringing mailing label, rather than form letters.) c) The records need not be selected a second time. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
