2005 -------
Run soffice.

Press F1 to open the Help window.  If the contents /index panel is not showing
up then make it visible.  Place the mouse over the border line of this panel and
try to resize it.  Nothing happens.  It seems the sizes of the panel and main
pane are proportional. If you reduce the size of the Help window both of these
panes are proportionally made smaller.   But allowing the user to change the
width ofthe left side pane so as to make more room forthe main contents would be
helpful.
