MRU->HBRINKM: as stated in the RTF spec (yes, I have checked it), the \cs
control word dos not need a preceding \* in body text. You just need to write
some dummy text and format some words with character styles. then export to RTF
-> the \*\cs is not only used in the style declaration, but also in the body
text when the styles are applied to text.
