OpenOffice.org 3.1.0 enUS and deDE final (never tested the RC) are failing to
start. When I try to start Writer or even the launcher (soffice.exe), it pops
up a message that the library C:\Programme\OpenOffice.org 3\program\..\Basis
\program\i18npool.uno.dll was not found. I think, it isn't able to see, that it
has to go one folder higher (the two dots) and look there for \Basis\program
\i18npool.uno.dll. This happens both with the enUS and deDE Version of
OpenOffice.org 3.1, downloaded from http://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/openoffice/
stable/3.1.0/ (enUS) and http://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/openoffice/localized/de/3.1.0/
(deDE). This occured also in 3.1.0 RC1: http://user.services.openoffice.org/en/
