No problem with with "Ooo 3.1.0 RC2 multilingual version German UI WIN XP:
[OOO310m11 (Build 9399)]".
I can confirm that such error message will appear if I rename
"i18npool.uno.dll".
The message is wrong (also for my PC), the file has to be in
"C:\Programme\OpenOffice.org 3\Basis\program\".
@reporter: do you have that file installed (pls search!) and OOo only does not
find it, or is "i18npool.uno.dll" really missing?
