You must not set a Target milestone. The Target milestone is set by project
leads and responsible developers.
Calc works correct here. Chancing the cell type to text does not convert already
entered numbers to text. But it removes the special date-formatting of the
number and therefore you see the internal number without date formating.
Please ask in a mailing-list or forum, how you can achieve your desired result.
