AW: Changed SdrHdl::IsHdlHit to no longer be virtual; removed all overloads. The
SdrHdl HitTest now uses the generous OverlayObject HitTest logic (isHitLogic).
The OverlayObject's HitTest is already changed to generic primitive usage with
#i99385#.
Cleaned up old wrappers for CheckHit() at SdrObject. Also isolated HitTest in
SdrObjList to a single CheckHitObjectInSdrObjList nad cleaned up wrappers.
Next is to check if the SdrObject::CheckHit calls may be unified, especially due
to the VisiLayers given to it. It would be more feasible to have a view given
for where the hit shall be checked. A HitTest is view-dependent, so it would be
good to do so...
