Confirmed with OOO1.9.91+WinXP_SP2.
Interesting effect. This has something to do with the Zoom. To reproduce:
- Set zoom to 100%
- Load document. Text in wrapped lines appears too large.
Note that the Zoom is 75%!
- Set zoom to 100%. Everything's OK.
- Set zoom to 75%. It remains OK.
